The American Security Fund approached me looking for a way to make their complex mission understandable and engaging. As a non-profit dedicated to securing U.S. technological superiority, my goal was to translate their key areas—technological innovation, national security, and human-centered AI—into clear visual assets that could be used to connect with stakeholders and support their fundraising.
I took the lead on this project, handling the visual strategy and design from start to finish. I kicked things off by diving deep into ASF's existing documents and brand guidelines. It was important to me that everything I created felt authentic to their mission. From there, I worked closely with their team to pinpoint the core messages we needed to convey. I developed a few initial concepts for a suite of graphics, and after getting their feedback, I designed and refined the final ASF Overview Graphic, which now serves as a cornerstone piece for their communications.
What I created
Brand Guide & Logo Refinement: I updated their existing logo for better scalability and developed a cohesive brand guide to ensure visual consistency across all their communications.
Comprehensive Overview Graphic: A detailed visual that breaks down the mission, focus, and impact of the American Security Fund.

The new overview graphic has already given the ASF team a powerful tool to explain what they do. It makes complex topics much more accessible, which is a huge help when they're engaging with policymakers, donors, and the public. I'm proud of how this project demonstrates my ability to take on sensitive, technical subjects and turn them into designs that are not only high-quality but also driven by the client's mission.
